The Common Approach® is a prevention-focused and flexible way of working to help anyone have quality conversations with young people and their families about all aspects of their wellbeing. ‘Wellbeing’ within the Common Approach is framed by The Nest meaning it covers the six areas of being Valued, Loved and Safe, Healthy, Participating, Positive Sense of Identity and Culture, Material Basics, and Learning.
